Looking for maintenence tech with the ability to do the following: 1. Basic plumbing: replace p traps, garbage disposals, repair tub faucet leaks, hand snaking 2. Basic carpentry: repair doors, install new doors, install base trim, install vynal flooring, countertops, cabinets, install drywall, finish mudding. Requirenments: 1. Own your own tools 2. Reliable transportation 3. Have a bank account and accept ACH payments 4. Have a cashapp or zelle for the first 3 jobs 5. Have a smart phone and be able to send pictures and videos 6. Communicate with tenants and our office "Money follows, it does not lead". If you show up and provide value and quality, you will be paid well and have consistent work. We have endless work available including large apartment rehab projects, maintnence work orders and turnovers when tenants leave. We manage about 300 units.
