looking for assistance building a boat proto-type

I am working on a electric boat and I am looking for someone who has experience with fabricating / welding aluminum. I need to build a very simple 10' aluminum "V" hull similar to a row boat or dinghy but with some modifications. I am working on a shoestring but anyone interested in this project would have the option to be compensated after the fact or have first option to contract to build all of the production hulls once I have raised capital with the proto-type. I can purchase construction materials and consumables but do not own any fabrication equipment. If you see this listing and know someone please mention this to them. Interested parties would have to be willing to sign a non-diclosure agreement to protect my intellectual property. I have had a crazy amount of phone text scams in the past listing items for sale on Craigslist so I am only going to communicate via email initially. Thanks
