Incredible Events is currently seeking Customer Service Professionals who are interested in becoming Table Game Dealers for various casino night events throughout the DFW metroplex. Incredible Events is seeking the right candidate to help promote an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness towards our guests and Team Members. The ideal candidate must possess: 1. Exceptional Customer Service 2. Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and non-verbal) 3. Must have the ability to use arms and hands equally, allowing them to deal all games assigned accurately and proficiently, meeting company performance standards 4. Must have the ability to freely move upper body to efficiently protect the game. 5. Must be able to bend and reach for long periods of time, mainly while in a standing position. 6. Required to be proficient in the handling of cards, cheques, and/or dice, as well as, counting and pay off accurately 7. Comprehensive knowledge of all table games dealt 8. Must be at least 18 years old (21 where otherwise prohibited) 9. Must have reliable transportation as we serve all of DFW metroplex. Table Games Dealers will be responsible for dealing the table games to company standards all while exhibiting an incredible service experience to our guests and clients. The Table Game Dealer will control the pace of the games, accurately pay the winning bets and collect the losing bets in accordance with house rules, and handle customer “buy-ins” (funny money). Perform all other job related duties as requested. Pay is $20/hour with bonuses and tips. Opportunity for advancement as we grow our market share.
