Maintenance Technician needed

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance technician for a garden-style property located in Orlando, Florida. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the optimal maintenance of the property, being reliable, having experience in preparing vacant units for occupancy (electrical, plumbing, general repairs, carpentry, etc.), working a flexible schedule, and being motivated. Responsibilities: Professional Certification: HVAC certification required. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance Preventive maintenance and regular checkups (fire alarm system, generator, etc.) Inspect and maintain building systems (generator, fire alarm, etc.) Place orders approved by Maintenance Supervisor Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations skills Proven experience as a maintenance technician Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc.) knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations An eye for detail Some computer knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma; Degree from a vocational school will be a plus The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
