Essential duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and complete orders for delivery. Receive and process warehouse products. Keep a clean and safe working environment. Handle delivery trucks. Assist customers as needed. Operate forklift. REQUIREMENTS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have good eye/hand coordination with handling and grasping of materials. • Requires lifting from 10 to 50 pounds. • Physical strength, endurance, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. EDUCATION High school diploma or general education degree (GED). SKILLS • Ability to read and interpret documents such as: safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening. • Great interpersonal skills. • Exceptional time management and organization skills. • understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse. Work environment Work in shop area near moving mechanical parts. When working in shop it may be hot, moderately noisy and may have dust from cutting machines. While on the shop floor employee must follow established safety practices and wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
