Apply in person; Call for more details. Job description . The Saw Operator is responsible to perform the listed responsibilities. . Essential duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. Role and Responsibilities · Provide cut aluminum to all departments. · Communicate with all departments and prioritize materials needed. Requirements · Must be able to operate and have knowledge of pneumatic upcut saw with computerized stop system. · Training will be provided. . Ability to read and interpret documents such as: safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. . Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening. . Great interpersonal skills. . Exceptional time management and organization skills. . understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse. Physical demands · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have good eye/hand coordination with handling and grasping of materials. · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly standing, walking, and moving heavy (50lb) materials. Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Work environment Work in shop area near moving mechanical parts. When working in shop it may be hot, moderately noisy and may have dust from cutting machines. While on the shop floor employee must follow established health and safety practices and wear required Personal Protective Equipment and masks around all machinery.
