Job Duties: • Inspect engines, transmissions, etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues • Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability • Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner • Perform thorough maintenance on all vehicle systems • Keep a clean work environment around customer vehicles • Follow company policies • Be on time • Help with various projects Skills: • Various tool usage (hand tools, power tools, air tools, etc.) • Must be able to navigate manufacturer diagrams • Following direction is a must • Excellent problem-solving skills • Communication is key • Physical strength is required ( able to lift 50-75 LBS periodically) • Able to stand, squat, kneel, walk periodically throughout an 8 Hour Shift. Applicant Qualifications: • 2 years of automotive technician experience or relevant experience • Possess a valid Driver's License • Any certifications or licensing is a plus but not required
