Looking for a motivated individual to fill our order processing & shipping position. The individual must be able to work independently with little supervision. Possesses high attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures. Training on processes and procedures will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience into the women’s apparel industry and wanting to get a first hand look into how a fashion retail and wholesale business operates. We’re a women’s fashion company that sells our branded clothing line & jewelry on various ecommerce platforms as a retailer and wholesaler. This position offers you an opportunity to get valuable experience and insight on how a fashion business operates in terms of logistically processing inbound and outbound inventory. Responsibilities -Daily pulling, packing, shipping, receiving, and data entry duties will be performed on retail/wholesale orders from various ecommerce and shipping platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, Faire, DHL, USPS, UPS etc. -Process incoming return and exchange orders -Accurately pick and stock items from our dedicated inventory system & warehouse -Pack and prepare large shipments of inventory to send to various other warehouse locations -Communicate in a timely manner with associates on any discrepancies or errors in regards to order fulfillment and inventory -Additional duties will be assigned as needed Qualification & Requirements -Positive attitude, strong work ethic, organized, and reliable -FAST LEARNER -Has a very high attention to detail and can follow instructions and procedures -Proficient with using a computer & navigating essential websites -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook -Ability to read, write, count, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, and SKU information -Ability to work efficiently & accurately under pressure during periods of high order volume to meet deadlines -Ability to communicate effectively and proactively seek clarification as needed -Ability to move, lift, or carry packages & boxes up to 50lbs daily required Job Type -Contract (3 months, 40 hours per week) with opportunity for full time -Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM -Rate: $18 per hour Education -Highschool Diploma or better Language -English (required) Location -Located right by Angel Stadium in Anaheim -One location; In-person
