Mountain Ave Ontario, CA. 91762 (909)687-7173 GENERAL DESCRIPTION Machine operators for a supplement manufacturing company. The Machine Operator 1 is responsible for working with the production team in various aspects of the manufacturing process; including, but not limited to packaging of raw materials, such as powders, liquids, capsules, amino acids, vitamins, allergens, botanicals, etc. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:  Operate at the highest machine speed possible without compromising sanitary standards, quality, and safety.  Set-up and produce jobs according to the specifications and instructions written on the job ticket.  Produce jobs at a quality level that meets or exceeds the customers’ satisfaction.  Properly record data for FDA cGMP audit and traceability purposes.  Minimize unnecessary waste and spoilage of materials such as customer supplied products, packaging materials, and other supplies.  Contact vendor to troubleshoot problems and when necessary obtain part numbers and description for purchasing department to order parts.  Perform cleaning of all equipment's and parts according to FDA cGMP regulations.  Perform regular maintenance and record maintenance records on all equipment's.  Take good care of all equipment's, parts, tools, and other company properties.  Exhibit courtesy, patience, and technical competency when working directly with customers.  Maintain professionalism and good working relationship with fellow co-workers.  Provide technical training and guidance to other employees when necessary.  Under certain situations management may require to lend assistance to other departments within the company and it would be your responsibility to comply.  Make continuous improvement in the execution of all tasks described above.
