CPD is a searching for two eager men or women to join our small team and help bring to life creative, luxury gardens and landscapes. We are a boutique company specialized in the design and installation of contemporary gardens throughout the Portland metro. For the last three years the two owners have built most projects with the accompaniment of a handful of sub-contractors, but with an increase in projects we are in need of two in-house team members. Being a small company we can't offer much in terms of benefits, but what we can offer is a flexible schedule, competitive pay, small team environment, the ability to learn many skills, gain responsibility, grow alongside the company and work with side by side with local artisans on luxury outdoor projects. Ideal Candidate: - Enjoys working outdoors and is eager to learn a wide array of construction techniques such as masonry, carpentry, hardscaping, landscaping, lighting, etc.. - Previous construction experience is preferred but will consider candidates with no experience if they are reliable and willing to learn - Prefers working within a small company directly alongside owners where there is opportunity to wear multiple hats, gain valuable skills and responsibility. - Enjoys working on creative, luxury projects and gets fulfillment by creating something beautiful with their two hands - Proficient at problem solving - Reliable with personal transportation - Ability to work 40 hours a week - Ability to lift and move over 50lbs+ throughout the day Please respond via email or text (5o3.4six2.three8eight9). *must include resume with past work experience, references and why you are interested in working with us* Thank you!
