Seeking cleaner to handle short term rental flips. It’s one big house. (Sea Street off Lower County Road in Dennis Port, MA.) I live downstairs and have three rooms (each with separate entrances and baths) upstairs I rent out short term. I am looking for someone to come in 3-5 days a week (depend on which rooms are booked and checking in and out) between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm to flip the rental rooms (Clean, vac, change sheets) It takes about 20-30 minutes each room. Remainder of time throwing sheets and such in the laundry, so they are ready for the next flip. Assume $50-$75 a day ($25.00 an hour) Another possibility as it is off season is that this person could occupy one of the rooms through April in exchange for flipping the other two rooms and a few hours here and there cleaning and organizing downstairs.
