Maintenance Technician - Handyman Job Details Job Type Full-time Dunedin, FL • Beso Del Sol Resort - GM Description Beso Del Sol Resort - Updated Boutique Hotel Must be available for some evening shifts and weekends and on-call Hotel is NOT 24 hours a day and some major holidays you will have off We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in hotels, resorts, or apartments. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Daily property walk-thru • Oversee repairs and maintenance with vendors to minimize risk and ensuring projects are completed in a timely fashion. • Maintain pools, landscaping, utilities, roads, signage, clubhouse, and other community infrastructure elements and improve the quality of the community by maintaining public areas in a clean and safe fashion. • Greet guests and assist their needs • Offer suggestions on repairs and get cost estimates QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • At least two years general experience in building trades, plumbing (interior and exterior), repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Light computer skills for emails and task lists.
