Connect with other adoptive/guardianship families in the Milwaukee area PLEASE SIGN UP FOR NUMBER OF TICKETS NEEDED. ONE TICKET IS GOOD FOR ONE PERSON. Adoptive and guardianship families-- please join us for a fun night of hockey with the Milwaukee Admirals! The Admiral's play at the UW Panther Arena in downtown Milwaukee and have exciting games that are perfect for a family night out. Your child(ren)'s birth/first family is welcome and invited too-- Please do feel free to bring them along as part of your family. There are a limited number of tickets available, so please register soon! Wisconsin Adoption & Permanency Support is funded by a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families to offer supportive services that cover a wide continuum of needs for Wisconsin's adoptive & guardianship families, adult adoptees and birth families. Our program is built on collaboration with individuals, professionals, organizations and community members throughout Wisconsin who are impacted by adoption & guardianship.
