XGLOsive turns traditional tennis into a fun, no-pressure social experience for youth and adults, regardless of ability. We'll transform the Biltmore's tennis courts with black lights, fluorescent graphics, and upbeat music to create a FUN nightclub atmosphere! Select Session 1 (6:30 - 7:30 pm) or Session 2 (7:30 - 8:30 pm) and arrive 30 minutes prior for check-in. Beginning at 5:30 pm, Wilson will be on the courts with demo rackets for all to try. Bring your tennis racket and wear your favorite neon tennis attire. After warm up, you'll enjoy different variations of fun games with prizes awarded. Neon event T-shirt, sponsored by Tennis Plaza, included with entry. Food and beverages available for purchase. Families and/or Teens and Friends welcome. Ages 12 and over. Free to watch as a spectator from the balcony of the Biltmore Tennis Center. EVENT CONSENT WAIVER AND RELEASE By completing the registration, you, on behalf of yourself and any event participant of whom you are the parent or guardian acknowledge that you have read, understood, and AGREE with the Consent, Waiver and Release as set forth below. GENERAL WAIVER AND RELEASE. In Consideration of accepting this entry, I, purchaser, on behalf of myself, and any event participant (“Participant”) of whom I am a parent or guardian, intending to legally bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, (hereinafter referred to, collectively, as “We”, “Us” or “Our”) do knowingly and voluntarily waive, release, exonerate, discharge and agree to defend (a) the Junior Orange Bowl Committee, Inc., hereafter known as JrOB, (b) the Cities and Counties of event venues, (c) the owners and operators of any public or private sports, recreation or other facility used for JrOB events (d) all JOBC Festival sponsors, (e) all JrOB members, staff and volunteers, (f) the individual coaches, instructors, supervisors, or supervising or coordinating organizations and (g) all members, agents, employees, representatives, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing, from any and all liability and/or claims for illness, injuries, loss of life, or damage to Participant or any other persons or property that may arise directly or indirectly from or be in any way connected to Our participation in or practice for any JrOB event, including, without limitation, Participant's travel to or from event venues. MEDICAL VERIFICATION AND CONSENT. We attest that Participant is physically able to participate in the event and is not subject to any medical or physical condition or other limitation which may be exacerbated by participation in the event, or which may become a factor in Participant suffering any injury or other physical harm as a result of participation in the event. We consent to the provision of any emergency medical treatment for Participant at Our expense without further written or verbal authorization should such treatment become necessary in the reasonable judgement of the event staff. CONSENT FOR MEDIA PRODUCTIONS. We hereby grant full consent and a perpetual license to the JrOB for the use of participant's picture, likeness and/or name in any broadcast, telecast, internet or print media, or other account in connection with Participant’s participation in any of the JrOB practices, events, and travel in connection therewith, for any purpose whatsoever and without any renumeration of any kind whatsoever to Us. COVID WAIVER AND RELEASE: By registering for or attending this event, We certify that We (or any one of Us) will not attend the event if any such one of Us has (i) temperature of 100.4 or greater, (ii) any symptoms of COVID-19, or (iii) been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the event. We further hereby acknowledge and agree that We understand and will follow all guidelines applicable to this event. We understand that COVID-19 has been declared a pandemic and that a communicable infectious disease such as COVID-19 is highly contagious. We also understand that Our attending an event by the JrOB, will result in Our interacting with other people attending the event. For this reason, there is no way to guarantee, despite the best efforts of the individuals holding the event, that any of such other people attending the event do not have, or have not been exposed to, COVID-19. As such, We hereby release the JrOB, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, successors and assigns and anyone claiming through them, in their individual and/or organizational capacities from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, and causes of action of any nature and kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), known or unknown, which We have, ever had or may in the future have against the JrOB, arising out of or relating to any exposure to or illness resulting from COVID-19. This Waiver and Release shall be governed by and enforceable in accordance with and shall be subject to the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. We hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of any state or federal court in Miami-Dade County for any action arising out of or related to participant’s participation in the event and the terms hereof.
