Found Kitten, looking for home

I found this kitten in our garage, seems to have been abandoned by the mother. I've been taking care of him for two weeks now but need to find a longer term home or someone willing to foster him until he can be adopted by an organization. We have two non-cat-friendly dogs and I can't keep him in the garage forever. He appears to be about 5-6 weeks old, just starting to ween him off of the bottle and giving him wet cat food mixed with formula. I also made a makeshift litter box to start litter training him. I have most of a can of formula and some tins of cat food and kitty litter that can go with him. I would charge a minimal re-homing fee just to cover some of the cost of formula/food. Any help finding a home or foster for this little kitten would be greatly appreciated.
