Yoga with cats & kittens! Meownaste! Roll out your yoga mat for a 60 minute beginner yoga/pilates class to support Pawswatch! Our favorite volunteer yogi, Heather will lead you through poses designed to calm your mind and strengthen your body. This class is designed for everyone whether you have previous yogaexperience. Kitties may also join you on your mat! It's an awesome interactive experience! Be sure to bring your yoga mat, towel/blanket, block, strap and water bottle. *You must be 8 years old to attend this experience. Guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, as parental consent is required for all minors. 9:30am & 11am yoga classes with Heather
