Sorry4 TheSlay TwerkOwt Fitness Dance Class
This an hour class for ALL LEVELS (no experience needed) including a 15 minute warm up at the start of class and concluding with a 15 minute cool down. There will be high energy full body workouts which also focuses on glute and leg activation. Plus isolation exercises to help tone and strengthen the hips, legs, glutes and back. You will also work on “core” twerk moves to develop twerk skill.
You will then drop calories, break a sweat, gain confidence and muscles that will be combined into a short sequence so that you and the whole class can shake your booty’s together!
