CREW LEADER and Assistants Floor-Care (Strip/Wax,Shampoo and Office Cleaning) (Queens, LI) compensation: $15 -$17hr employment type: employee's choice compensation: Compensation: $15 -$17 to start. Will be determined by exp. and abilities. PT/FT We are currently forming a new Evening Shift "Multi-site Specialist Crew". We are currently seeking Qualified individuals 5 yrs+ Exp.. Who are able to perform project work including floor stripping, waxing, buffing, hot water carpet extraction, encapsulation carpet cleaning, office cleaning in all areas, etc. Weekend work will be required on one of the locations. Selected Crew individuals will work with a Floor Cleaning Specialist to provide excellent service by cleaning and sanitizing all carpet, ceramic and tiled surfaces using customized cleaning equipment. Primary duties involve office cleaning, car shop cleaning and more. The selected candidate will also be required to lift and move items such as chairs and tables in order to clean the floor. Additional duties of the position include cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing the Buildings assigned. We need a Crew Leader and 2-3 Assistants. Strong carpet care exp. And or strong hard floor care a plus. You should know the differences in systems and how to trouble-shoot your jobs. We use the latest most advanced portable equipment and systems. You will need to be trained but your commitment to excellence and production will make both of our goals a successful and fulfilling venture. Requirements : - Must be a Professional at least 5yrs exp. - Perform Quality Work, and complete the work within a specific time-frame within a per-determined budget. - Must be mature, responsible and able to work well on your own with little supervision. - supervisors Must have a valid driver s license.
