Asbestos Worker Qualifications: 1+ Years of experience in asbestos abatement MUST HAVE An ACTIVE NEW JERSEY Asbestos Handler License OSHA 10 or higher MUST HAVE CURRENT ASBESTOS PHYSICAL Valid driver’s license and have your own transportation to the job sites Salary based on experience Travel is required Job Type - Seasonal Asbestos Supervisor Qualifications: 1+ Years of experience as a supervisor for asbestos abatement Correct completion of all job-specific, employee-related paperwork including Timesheets, Daily Logs, Job Safety Sheets, and other NYS mandated requirements. Ability to interpret and enforce NYS code rule 56. Ability to perform manual labor to include standing, squatting, and crawling for possible extended periods. Ability to read and understand common danger and hazardous warning literature including site safety plans. Must be clean shaven at all times to allow immediate donning and seal of a respirator.
