Development and Management company seeking a motivated and experienced full-time carpenter/handyman for repairs and development to properties in the Greater Boston area. Prospective candidate would be responsible for daily work orders, rotating emergency after hour support and MUST have their own vehicle/tools. Applicant should be able to communicate with tenants and teammates in a courteous and professional manner and also be tidy in their work. Salary or wages will be determined by education, capabilities and experience. Primary responsibilities (but not limited to): Skilled in multiple areas with a wide range of knowledge. Tasks include repair work (indoors and outdoors), painting, drywall and sheetrock repairs, minor electrical work, household carpentry, and minor plumbing. Responsibilities: • Ability to work independently and with team • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion • Ability to estimate time and extent of repairs • Look out for and perform routine preventive maintenance • Maintain material and supply inventory • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications: • Experience in maintenance or other development related fields • Familiar with maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Deadline and detail-oriented • Maintenance tech will be responsible for participating in the "on-call" rotation for after hour emergencies RESUME REQUIRED Job Type: FULL TIME Pay: + / - $30.00 per hour - compensation is commensurate with experience Additional full-time benefits available CORI will be run
