Looking for a full-time experienced handyman Must be detail oriented, have own tools, transportation, be clean, respectful, reliable and trustworthy. Experience in property maintenance: Minimum 5 years knowledgeable in: • Plumbing • Electric • Drywall repair • Appliance repair • Ability to paint carefully • Detailed oriented • Good time management • HVAC experience is a plus Cleaning of the property and common areas required Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 1 hour lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm ***** TYPES OF WORK: Painting, demo, hang doors, counter tops, pressure washing, light plumbing and electrical, cabinets, clean outs after tenant moves, other general repairs needed on apartments, and handling work orders for Tenants when needed. Tenants will NOT be calling you direct.
