Feel into the sound vibrations and balance your chakras with a set of chakra singing bowls, allowing you to feel centered & relaxed. Different sound frequencies corresponding to each chakra, will be used to help move energy in each of the centers. Gongs,chimes and intuitive voice will also be used to enhance and deepen the experience. Chakras are energy centers in our body and are responsible for taking in, incorporating and emanating energy to keep us functioning at optimal levels of health. Keeping these energetic pathways cleansed and activated is important for enhancing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sound is an easy in road to working with these powerful energetic centers in our bodies. If you have been curious about sound healing, this group session is a wonderful way to give it a try! Please note this event takes place on the third floor of the building and requires two flights of stairs to access the space.
