Lake Boat is growing and currently has an opening for an assistant boatbuilder. Duties to include: • Surface prep- sanding, vacuuming, and wiping • Job cleanup- sweeping, vacuuming, and tidying up • Light construction- using a variety of tools from a tablesaw and planer to drills and hand planes • Basic systems work relating to boats such as 12v wiring, plumbing, and some mechanicals • Fiberglassing using both epoxy and polyester resins Experience preferred but not necessary Desire to learn is required Nearly all work is performed inside a heated shop.
