Celebrate the most magical time of the year! People have been asking, "When will you guys start doing classes again?" The answer is, largely, after the first of the year, once Delta has officially fizzled and is in the rear view mirror.  However! Meg and Diana decided we'd each teach one in-person class in 2021, and of course, if we're only doing ONE class for the year, it should be: Sparkling Wine and Cheese!  Two Thursdays in a row this December, with Meg and I splitting teaching duties, we'll taste all the good global sparklers, paired with the cheese that the good Lord intended. It's decadent, fer sure: but honestly, after the year we've had, who doesn't deserve a bit of decadence?  We'll try our best to socially distance, but given the nature of eating and drinking needing to be sans mask, we'll be asking for proof of vaccine at the door--no exceptions--so bring your vax card, or a picture of it on your phone.  This class usually sells out, so buy your tix asap and get it on the calendar, and we'll toast to a better 2022 together!
