Construction Self-Help Crew Member NeighborWorks Great Falls is seeking a full-time CONSTRUCTION SELF-HELP CREW MEMBER. Responsibilities include: keeping sites clean and free of hazards, working with a broad range of phases of new construction such as, foundations, framing, roofing, finishing, concrete and dirt work. An understanding of trades; plumbing, HVAC, and electrical is helpful. Position also requires strong team building and communication skills, with the ability to help teach the participants how to do the tasks of building their home. Qualifications include HS diploma or G.E.D., and one year of general construction work experience. Working evenings and weekends is required. Compensation range is $11.86 to $16.54 and is dependent on qualifications and experience. NWGF offers benefits to include 80% of medical, sick leave and paid vacation.
