Making Space as an Introvert in a Creative Industry with Katie Hake D’16 Are you interested in video editing and innovative careers in arts and media? 💡 Do you want to learn more about design from a freelance photographer in the digital arts industry?Join Women in Innovation at 7pm EST Thursday 10/21 for Making Space as an Introvert in a Creative Industry with Katie Hake D’16. Katie Hake D’16 is a freelance photographer and video editor based in western Colorado who primarily focuses on small businesses and nonprofits, especially in the outdoor space. Her work has covered mental health in the outdoors, teaching self-defense and confidence to young girls, and more. She also manages the studio of National Geographic filmmaker-photographer Pete McBride (’93). Prior to going freelance, she studied Government and French at Dartmouth and worked in marketing after graduation. When she’s not behind the camera or editing something, she can be found hiking or skiing.Meet us at the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship( 4 Currier Pl) or on zoom.
