Kids Yoga Saturday Series Yoga for Kids! Children will learn and begin to explore the fundamentals and basic poses of Yoga with Lisa Harold, a certified Yoga Instructor who is also a licensed Master's level School Counselor. The class will move at a pace that will accommodate all levels and abilities allowing for flexibility and safety of all students. Yoga mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own equipment if you wish. Students must have parent/guardian fill out a waiver on their behalf. Private enrichment sessions can be arranged for students looking for more individualized attention. Contact: [email protected]
