Cat needs a foster home or a permanent home. He ran into my house and I haven’t had any luck in 3 weeks finding his owner and the shelter won’t take him. I am willing to get him fixed if that will get him a new home. He cannot live with me I have dogs. He has been alone in the basement and I feel bad for him.
