Looking to hire part time maintenance worker for two properties located in the North/South end of Hartford, CT. Duties - Clean interior common areas (equipment/material will be supplied) - Pick up trash/debris throughout entire properties - Cut/trim trash bi-weekly - Must complete work orders when requested Qualifications - 18 or Older - Must have truck and tools - Drug Free! - Must have at least 2-3 years of property maintenance experience - Must have clean appearance Compensation - $16/HR Paid every Friday - 20 Hours a week (If all goes well it will lead to Full time)
