Insulation Crew Chief /Worker for full time

We are an established insulation/ home weatherization company that is looking to hire ready to work, full time employees. We require experienced, hardworking, responsible and steady individuals that are willing to perform fast paced and quality insulation/ weatherization work in customer’s homes. We are a drug free work place. Candidates MUST pass a background check. Individuals capable and willing to work in small spaces, attic crawlspaces in different temperatures all year round. Individuals capable and willing to work on ladders and able to lift/ carry at times heavy materials Individuals that like to work in a team environment. Individuals that have a driving license and vehicle. (Experience driving a box truck is a plus) We Prefer: Previous experience working for a former insulation and weatherization company (We specifically look for prior experience with the Mass Save program which requires lead safety and OSHA certifications as a minimum)
