Description

Facility Maintenance Tech needed for commercial properties through Houston and surrounding areas. Daily support and execution of multiple trades to ensure that all locations are running smoothly and safely for employees and guests. Basic plumbing, electrical and general handyman repairs are necessary to thrive in this environment. Must strive to provide a safe, clean, and well-represented presence throughout our partnering locations. REQUIREMENTS: -Receive and accept work orders -Be available for emergency and weekend calls as needed -Provide outstanding service and communication between the location locations and the dispatch -Perform maintenance repairs for basic plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, and concrete. -Use of smartphone/tablet to clock in/out from the site, receive work order sign-off from the store, and send before and after photos of work completed. -Order and maintain inventory of materials and supplies as required -Keep and maintain accurate work records -Other duties as needed -Must have a service vehicle -Must have basic trade tools Call 833-537-7888 William or Megan
