Durham Team Day: Carolina Hurricanes vs. Philadelphia Flyers Come hang out with co-workers for a night in a private box suite at PNC Arena and watch the Hurricanes take on the Flyers! THE DETAILS Our doors open at 6:30pm, and the puck drops at 7pm. The event will end when the game ends, and average hockey games are between 2.5-3 hours. Dinner and drinks are included. Details about parking will be shared as it gets closer. All WorkSmart team members are invited, but unfortunately, we are not able to invite additional family members this time. COVID-19 restrictions and info: Vaccine Requirement: Due to the indoor nature of this event, WorkSmart will require team members to provide proof of vaccination prior to attending this event. Team members who wish to attend will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) AND provide proof of vaccination. If you have not already submitted proof of vaccination, you can do so here. As a reminder, WorkSmart also gives you $100 when you submit proof of vaccination. Additionally, team members must not have symptoms of COVID-19 in order to attend. Mask Requirements: Masks are required by PNC Arena in any part of the building that is outside of our private event suite. Our event suite is a private area that is inaccessible to any other PNC Arena guests. In line with CDC recommendations, since our suite is non-public and because WorkSmart is requiring all attendees be fully vaccinated, masks are welcome, but they will not be required in our private event box suite. Our Private Event Box Suite Details: The side of the suite that is facing the ice is open air and looks out on to the ice, and the other three sides of the suite are walled. Food and drinks will be set up and served in the suite, so you will not need to go out into the public areas for concessions. The suite also has an attached, private restroom so you will not need to go into public areas for restroom access either.
