Every November, a select group educational leaders and their guests from across the world attend Hustle University’s Bold Visionary Leadership Summit and coveted “Homecoming” awards gala. On this special day, we develop organizational leader skills and celebrate our nation’s hardest working (and often under-appreciated) administrators and program directors. ABOUT THE BOLD VISIONARY LEADERSHIP SUMMIT: After spending over a decade coaching leaders in both the education and entrepreneur sectors, we have observed that the most successful leaders consistently embodied 2 traits… 1. Bold- (adj) demonstrate an ability to take risks; are enthusiastic, confident and courageous. 2. Visionary- (adj) create a clear plan for the future based off best practices, wisdom and common sense. The Bold Visionary Leadership Summit is for this distinct, unique type of leader who is willing to take charge of their position and responsibility. To be successful, they must solve the common problems that plague all school leaders such as: How do I find and keep qualified and talented staff (good teachers)? How do I increase productivity/ “do more with less” (improve test scores, attendance, behavior)? How do I engage clients/ customers (parent engagement and involvement)? How do I manage culture and climate (staff and student morale)? How do I distribute financial, human and physical resources (where/when to spend the budget and on what)? How do I develop other leaders?
