We have a small, wonderful flock of laying hens, all about 8 months old and they are all different breeds. One of them is a Fayoumi: a beautiful bird known for their foraging and defensive skills. They are, however, quite loud and really need a lot of room to roam during the day. They can also be aggressive with other chickens. We named our's Frisbee and lately we've realized she really needs a bigger home to do her thing. She lays a small cream colored egg every day!
