clean gutters and downspouts on 900 sq foot cottage

We need someone to clean the drains and clear the downspouts on our 900 ft² cottage. The back of the cottage gutter is accessible by step ladder, But the other gutter sides are much higher because the property is on a hill. A very high ladder would be needed. The roof is pretty sloped so getting on the roof may or may not be an option. We do not have the right size ladder. I prefer a fixed quote for this work but will also consider hourly.
