Come and Celebrate Life on Lake Street is a community event that welcomes everyone! Día de los Muertos. Come and Celebrate Life on Lake Street is a community event that welcomes everyone! Held at the heart of the Latino District on Lake Street. On Saturday October 30th between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM we will get together at our Community Altar ( Lake Street & Chicago) ,then tour East Lake Street with more than 10 altars( altares) and offerings ( Ofrendas) while eating traditional delicious Dia de los Muertos food , lastly dance to live music as the day comes to an end ( Lake Street & S 19th Ave). Dia de los Muertos. ¡Come and Celebrate Life on Lake Street! es un evento comunitario que les da la bienvenida a todos! Celebrando en el corazón del distrito latino en Lake Street. El sábado 30 de octubre entre las 11:00 a.m. y las 8:00 p.m. nos reuniremos en nuestro Altar Comunitario (Lake Street y Chicago), luego recorreremos East Lake Street con más de 10 altares y ofrendas mientras comemos comida tradicional, deliciosa comida del Día de los Muertos y por último, bailemos con música en vivo mientras el día llega a su fin (Lake Street y S 19th Ave).
