Event Staff Position Description:
* Provide superior customer service to Binbox customers using the Binbox app to complete rental transactions.
* Patiently engage with customers with varying levels of familiarity with Smartphone technology
* Work independently or with a team (depending on the size of the event)
* Assist in set-up and beak down of rental areas.
* Perform minor maintenance such as checking batteries and adjusting locker doors when needed.
* Must be able to work afternoons, evenings and/or weekends.
Location:
SAP Center - San Jose, California.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Superior, proactive and positive customer-facing skills.
* Familiarity with downloading iOS and Android apps
* Flexibility to remain onsite until event responsibilities are concluded, some events may run longer than scheduled.
* At least 18 years old.
Preferred Experience:
Previous excellence in customer service.
