Reserve your seats for Pax’ 1st gastronomic & wine event. Come wow your senses with a 5-course Asado, a traditional Argentine experience. Reserve your seats for Pax’ first gastronomic and wine event with our good friends at Panoram, Mariano and Angelina Cebrian. Come wow your senses with a 5-course Asado, a traditional Argentine BBQ experience. Each course is paired with an included amazing wine from Argentina. You will have the opportunity to purchase these limited release wines, including the pre-release not yet available in the Chattanooga area 2020 Miraluna Ekeko Blend. Pax will host an attendee only cocktail hour just prior to the dinner event, making available for additional purchase a small menu of concoctions curated by our in-house mixologist, Josh Smith. Pax will have lighted tents outdoors near Chef Mariano’s grills so you can watch him work his magic. It’s PBR so, of course it’s casual, it's fun, and you will learn by tasting. This event is limited to 30 guests on a first-response basis. SEATS purchased through our Eventbrite event, only. PLEASE NOTE: Tax & gratuity are NOT included; taxes added at Eventbrite checkout. CASH tips for your servers the night of the event are encouraged. Hope to see you there! ~jb, Mariano & Angelina Chef Mariano was recently featured on Cooking Channel’s Man Fire Food. The asado is the most popular social gathering in Argentina and no weekend is truly complete without it. The history of the asado begins on the vast, grassy plains (la pampa) of Argentina, which gave birth to the historic gaucho culture; where building a fire was the only cooking option... and meat the only dependable source of food. Today's asado is still a celebration of seared meats cooked over an open fire, where the emphasis is on slowing down, relaxing and connecting with those around you. We want to bring this ancestral Argentine experience to Pax Breu Ruim. Chef Mariano, a native Argentine and local wine importer, will be your “asador” (grill master).
