We are immediately hiring for a Groundskeeper to start ASAP for multiple locations. Job Duties: Pick up trash & debris from grounds Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment Pressure washing common areas Vacant unit trash Outs Clean and prepare market-ready units Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 5pm Pay range: $18 to $20 DOE Job Qualifications: Previous cleaning/housekeeping/janitorial experience a plus A valid driver's license may be required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must pass background check & drug screening Si Hablamos Español!
