Carstar Auto World Collision is currently seeking a parts person list to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages inventory, orders parts, creates purchase orders, and receives invoices according to standards and policies.
Checks in parts as they arrive.
Confirms parts accuracy to the estimate and vehicle.
Communicates and coordinates regularly with part suppliers, and shop personnel.
Works with collision estimators, technicians and painters to meet or exceed delivery time and complete work accordingly.
Notifies others of potential conflicts or delivery issues.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of experience managing the ordering and receiving of parts in an Auto Body Shop.
Familiarity with CCC One Parts Management System.
Industry Certifications/Trainings are preferred but not required.
Cordial, helpful and respectful towards others.
Dependability and promptness are a must.
