Watching this car drive down the road while the young female was talking on her phone in hand acting completely oblivious to the smoke and very loud grinding and over 100 feet of cut marks in the road...was very comical. When I pulled up next to her, I told her to get off the road and get a tow...but she kept driving down the road. It is nice we have a college in town but it seems that it just brings in uneducated idiots that we do not need in this town. Since it is a fact that the human brain is not fully developed until around 25 years old, we should not allow anyone to drive until age of 25. It would bring down insurance premiums for everyone if we stopped allowing idiots on the road.
