Press release from Middlesex Sheriff's Office: October 18, 2021 - 9:13pm Jason Anthony Alicea Pagan, 41, of Winthrop, was taken into custody this evening in Boston following a search by members of the Middlesex Sheriff's Office (MSO) and Boston Police Department. The search for Pagan, who was in the MSO's Electronic Monitoring Program (EMP), began this morning – Monday, October 18 – after it was determined he was not at his required locations. Pagan is currently serving a sentence for assault and battery on a family or household member.  He was set for release in June 2022. ### This press release was produced by Middlesex Sheriff's Office.
