HUNTINGTON, NY — Christine Cairo, owner of The Ice Cream Chick in Huntington, is getting into the Halloween spirit. The store has been redecorated with witches, skeletons, bats and more. "I wanted to celebrate the fall season when everyone focuses so much about Christmas decorations," Cairo told Patch. "Make it fun for the kids to come in. And adults." Cairo spent more than two decades working at Krisch's in Massapequa.
