Job Description: The Resident Liaison will work with residents to arrange access to apartments for inspections, architectural surveys, and rehabilitation scoping in preparation for the capital improvements. This person will report  to the Senior Resident Liaison and coordinate between the development team, property management, and tenants to schedule visits and address resident concerns.
