SILVER SPRING, MD — A woman reported missing in Silver Spring contacted a friend Monday evening, but did not say where she was. Kandyce Nicole Neal, 36, was last seen in Silver Spring on Sunday, according to the Montgomery County Police Department. Police are asking for the public's help to find her. Neal is 5-foot-10 and has black hair and brown eyes. Police are asking anyone with information to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
