NEW LONDON, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Akheena Farrior-Parcak, 16, who was reported missing from New London on Tuesday, Oct. 19. Farrior-Parcak is described by police as having black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds.
