LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Authorities are asking for the public's help identifying a man accused of "making obscene gestures and possibly performing a sexual act under his clothing," according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office released a photo of the man who was accused in an incident at a Sterling Walmart on Sept. 23. A victim told police that she was shopping in the store when she saw an unknown man near her child.
The man was "making obscene gestures and possibly performing a sexual act under his clothing," the sheriff's office said. "The subject is believed to have been involved in similar incidents in the Sterling area."
Authorities described the suspect as a white man who is between 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 6 feet, 2 inches tall. He weighs approximately 200 pounds. During the September incident at Walmart, he was wearing a baseball hat, a dark shirt, tan shorts, and a cloth mask.
