Manager/Estimator Our company is a growing collision repair company with multiple locations. Our success reflects our excellent customer service and attention to detail with all repairs from minor dents to major collision damage. Salary: DOE Job Type: Full Time Job Description: We are seeking an organized, detail oriented, outgoing employee to manage day-to-day operations including coordination of repair production, sublet scheduling, parts department (ordering, returning, and obtaining credits), and creating repair estimates. The ideal candidate is smart and confident with a great work ethic and a proactive approach to problem solving and who excels at multi-tasking in a high volume, fast-paced, constantly changing work environment. This position would be perfect for the estimator who is looking to move to a management position. This position requires the ability to self-motivate and function as part of a team that includes management, accounting, insurance partner relationships, purchasing staff, and technicians, providing support for each department as required. A good sense of humor and strong communication skills will be required in this non-traditional work environment. Our work environment is professional, friendly, and fun. Primary responsibilities include: • Run shop production • Quality control and making sure OE repair procedures are followed • Answer phone and email inquiries • Schedule appointments • Provide customer service to a diverse customer base in person, via email, and over the phone • Enter customer information accurately into a database • Prepare estimates for auto body repairs • Initiate, update, and maintain work orders • Processing payments • Order parts for scheduled repairs • Return unneeded or damaged parts to vendors • Obtain credits for returned parts from vendors Qualifications: • Auto Body Experience • Experience with CCCOne Software Preferred • Proficiency with computers and Office applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail oriented, team player with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task • Excellent communication skills in dealings with customers, vendors, insurance partners, management, and co-workers Benefits: • Medical and Dental Insurance • Paid Holidays, Sick, and Vacation • Supplemental Insurance Schedule: • Monday through Friday • 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Benefit Conditions: • Waiting period applies Work Remotely: • No If interested, please send cover letter, resume, and references
