WHAT WE OFFER Pay Range: Drivers start at $17/hr and can earn an additional $4/hr based on availability and attendance; Movers start at $13/hr and can earn an additional $2/hr based on availability and attendance Sign On Bonus: Drivers receive a $250 sign-on bonus; Movers receive a $100 sign-on bonus Tips: Opportunity to earn up to $200+ per week in tips! Experience Pay: Receive an additional $1/$2 hr based on previous Mover/Driver experience Flexible scheduling Hands-on training, career development, and advancement opportunities 401k with company match and PTO after 1 year Healthcare and Dental Bi-weekly paychecks & direct deposit available RESPONSIBILITIES Provide top notch customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings Greet customer upon arrival to location and complete a walk-through of the premises Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing Movers will assist driver with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent - general labor experience helpful! 100% drug free Excellent customer service skills Professional attitude and demeanor Experience in general labor, landscaping, construction or warehouse helpful Strong logic and math skills a plus!
