Looking for a skilled man or woman who has knowledge in skim coating and texturing walls. Please do not contact if you cannot complete the entire project (roughly 2,220 sq ft) with little to no supervision. If Interested, You Must Have; Reliable Transportation (Preferably within 45 minutes of Project Site) Strong Work Ethic (A person knowledgeable in the field can realistically complete this job within 4 Days, if not 3) Tools Needed To Complete Project Ability to work diligently with little to no supervision If Interested, You Must Know How To; Skim Coat Ceilings & Walls Apply Knockdown Texture to Ceiling Apply Orange Peel Texture to Walls "Please note that this is an independent contractor position and any defects or problems caused by bad or incompetent work will be deducted from the pay" We have more work than we can handle, so if accepted consider this project a work interview.
